Dr. Rudd graduated from of the University of Utah Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science (BS) Degree in Psychology and Minor in Chemistry. He then received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco in 2000 also with honors.
Dr. Rudd completed his specialty certificate training in Endodontics at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and is also a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.
- Only about 20% of all Endodontists become board certified due to the difficulty of passing all the required examinations.
- Dr. Rudd is a Past President of the Salt Lake District of the Utah Dental Association. He is also a Past President of the Utah Association of Endodontists.
- Dr. Rudd is an Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Utah School of Dentistry and Attending Doctor at the University of Utah Hospital where he teaches Dental Residents.
He has worked to create an office and staff environment focused on providing the most competent and advanced endodontic therapy available.
Dr. Rudd is married with three boys 19, 15, & 12. Spending time with his beautiful wife and children on the lake or in the mountains and teaching his kids to play sports are his favorite hobbies.
